Todd is a 25+ year packaging and adhesives industry veteran. He founded Brown by repairing gluing equipment in his garage in 2000; his office was in the basement. Clients were noticeably struggling with gluing equipment and adhesive on a regular basis, and the large manufacturers weren’t paying much attention. Brown filled a critical niche and has been growing ever since. Prior to launching Brown, Todd was Director, Operations Team for Elegant Packaging, a custom rigid box and sewn products manufacturer. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing at enterprise sales enablement software firm SAVO and Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Diners Club North America, a division of Citi.

Scott has been a leader in the packaging industry for more than 20 years. From 1996-2002, he was President of Elegant Packaging–a Chicago-area rigid box and stitched product manufacturer. He has also held leadership roles at Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings, The ABL Group and Duxler Complete Auto Care. Before joining Brown as General Manager, Scott worked with entrepreneurs and business owners as a consultant, helping them launch eras of growth.
